Wow! I really like this picture: stunning and symbolic.

The hands coming out of the ground, holding the mirror were depicted very nicely. I love how the mirror is held in a field of flowers, but reflected as barren desert. Obviously the woman is so proud of herself that she neglects the achievements of others.

Overall, nice work. Though I think it may look better in color, but that's just my opinion.

I actually think it would have too - unfortunately the assignment required it to be black and white. Perhaps someday I'll go back and add color. =3
